What stands out – both good and bad
Terrific service from staff like the beach bar waiter lending snorkel gear and the attentive Ahmed at the pool, making our experience lots of fun.
Dining options were limited, often leading to repetitive meals that lacked quality and variety throughout the stay.

A Fun-Filled Family Getaway!
Our family had a blast! The animation team, especially Nucha, brought joy with evening minidisco, while Pedro’s morning activities kept us engaged. The rooms could use more attention, but the vibrant atmosphere made up for it. Pro-tip, join the fun games early for a chance at prizes!

Had an amazing time with friends! The private beach was perfect for relaxing, and the multiple outdoor pools were a hit. We enjoyed the vibrant garden area, and the water park was so much fun! Definitely a great base for diving and other activities.
One downside was that the room service was slow at times, which can be challenging when you're hungry after a day of fun.

Great room view, but housekeeping was slow and rooms needed better attention.

The family suite garden view offered decent space for relaxation, and having free access to the aqua park was a solid perk for water fun. The gardens surrounding the area were pleasantly landscaped, providing a bit of serene greenery.
The restaurant experience was chaotic, often lacking enough glasses and cups, leaving guests with drinks served in plastic or paper containers. Cleanliness was an issue as rooms were only serviced every 48 hours, and the food selection was repetitive and not particularly appetizing. On top of that, finding ice was like a treasure hunt, with only one functioning ice machine for the entire resort, which wasn't ideal given the sweltering temperatures. The shuttle to the aqua park was limited, forcing us to walk back multiple times due to long wait times for the one car available. Even the room amenities were a letdown, with both mini fridges not working and a safe that didn’t lock.

Fantastic, Fantastic, Fantastic
The Deluxe Pool view room with free access to the Aqua Park was a dream! Every morning, I opened my curtains to breathtaking views of the shimmering pool, instantly lifting my spirits. The staff truly went above and beyond, especially the pool supervisors who always found a shady spot for my lounger.

The Deluxe Pool view room was spacious and comfortable, although the bathrooms showed signs of wear. Staff engagement was excellent. they were always willing to help, and special mentions go to the pool supervisors who ensured my comfort with my wheelchair. The dining options featured a variety of Mediterranean dishes that were enjoyable, but room service was occasionally slow, which was a bit inconvenient after a long day at the water park.
